Exchange service has a fault and is currently not sending or receiving emails.

  • All services are back to fully operational

  • Services have been restored Team are currently monitoring the service to ensure service is back and fully operational.

  • Fault has been identified by the team and senior engineers are now working on a fix.

    Currently there is no send or receive equally no access to webmail applications.

    Major core outage has been acknowledged. The Team are currently investigating the route cause.

  • Internet issue identified as a smoothwall Fault. Multiple restarts were required, but systems are now operational.
